BAQP – Baumer Assured Quality Program
Created in 1997 and coordinated by BAQP, has the purpose of concentrating company’s actions in Total Quality search as well as in obeying all different standards and international systems either in force or in implantation process. Composed of Baumer S.A. Chairman, Directorate/Divisions’ Managers, Departments’ Managers, and a General Coordinator, such Committee defines actions, controls implantations and suggests alterations with the purpose of assuring and continuously improving of the system.
General and Internal Quality Standards have bee defined for implantation as well as described in the Quality Manual, using following systems:

• ISO 9001
Quality system that encloses from project to after sales;

• ISO 13845
Additional requirements to ISO 9001 for medical products manufacturers;

• GMP – FDA
Similar to ISO9001 / ISO 13485, with specific standards for medical products in the EUA

• GMP
Good Manufacturing Processes (BPF-Boas Práticas de Fabricação), defined by RDC No. 59 Resolution, applicable to Mercosul Countries;

• Marca CE
93/42/CEE  Directive Requirements, obligatory legislation for the European market.

Monthly Audits and evaluations are made and registered by the Committee and annually inspected by the authorities that issue certificates revalidations and authorizations.
